The Civic Centre HVAC upgrade was a design and construct project to replace ageing infrastructure in both the Civic theatre and the library complex. The project involved the design, installation and commissioning of new Air Cooled water chiller, New Air Handling Units, New Duct work to suit new installation and the replacement of the site Main switchboard. The installation and expansion of the Building Management System will enable the client to have better control and provide an outstanding user interface.
Partnering with McClintock engineering to complete the design component of the project has delivered significant cost savings for the client and has delivered fantastic efficiencies through their design. The project team has successfully delivered this project on time and on budget and achieved the key drivers for our client.
