​The B block chiller upgrade was a unique project with many challenges but the team at Clancy Corporation through Hutchinson builders successfully delivered this project on time and on budget. Working in a live hospital and delivering a full system replacement without affecting the services that the hospital delivers was our greatest achievement. The project included the installation of industry leading water cooled Power Pax chillers and 10 AHU’s with all the associated ducting pumps and electrical switchboards, A full upgrade of the theatre department including all electrical systems, nurse call  and Lighting. The delivery of the full theatre refurbishment in just 5 weeks was an outstanding feat that everyone involved are extremely proud of.
